We want you to feel confident ordering from base. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & exchanges (non-personalised items)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of placing your order for non-personalised items.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us first using the contact form on the website or by emailing diana@baseclothing.co.uk.
Return details, including the return address, will be provided once your request is approved.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  1. Please contact us to request an exchange

  2. Return the original item to the address we provide

  3. Place a new order for the replacement item

This helps keep processing simple and ensures faster turnaround.


Personalised items

Items with custom place names are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
